The pride of Dnepropetrovsk is the National Aerospace Educational Center of Ukrainian Youth. Numerous International and All-Ukrainian conferences, symposiums, meetings and presentations are held within this exhibition complex annually. General and thematic lectures are given for students studying at the Center, and for visitors of the museum complex. Lectures and excursions on space-related subjects are conducted by highly skilled experts and scientists.
     Products manufactured at Yuzhny Machine-building Plant according to designs of Yuzhnoye State Design Office, and versatile anti-aircraft missiles are represented in full scale on the esplanade of the exhibition complex.
     A great number of students, schoolchildren, not to mention adults and guests from CIS and foreign countries, are visiting the exhibition complex every year.

Zhovtneva (which means October) Square is located in the heart of the city and hence easy to reach from any corner of the city. It is famous for the huge cathedral which it houses. Experts from 70 countries came to the conclusion that the space project "Sea Launch" - the greatest achievement of science and technology. They announced their decision at the International Congress of Astronautics in South Korea.
Thus we may assume that the Ukrainian rocket constructors got peculiar cosmic Oscar. This honorary status is given very rarely and only for a significant contribution to the development of space technology.

On the 26th of October, at 16:00 in the Dnepropetrovsk Art Museum you can visit the photo exhibition "Restart" devoted to the 20 anniversary of the establishment of the National Union of Photographers of Ukraine.
"Restart" - is a revival of Dnepropetrovsk photo in its new capacity.
The exhibition takes place in two halls, one of which representes black and white works relating to the conceptual, reportage and genre pictures, and another - color photographs belonging to the bright world of still life, portraits and fantasy.
